1. Payments
All payments are processed securely via the PayFast Gateway. Bookings are only confirmed after successful payment.
2. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable.
By submitting a booking and completing payment you agree that any amount paid cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
3. Bookings & Cancellations
Bookings require a minimum of 2 days advance notice. While payments are non-refundable, you may contact us to reschedule subject to availability.
4. Sandbox Mode
This site is currently in sandbox mode for testing purposes. Any payments made through the sandbox PayFast environment are simulated and not real.
